The Care Project, housed at the old Holberton Hospital, recently received a gift of much needed supplies from some concerned citizens. The presentation was made to Matron Juliet De La Bastide by brothers Shaka “Dangerous” Goodwin and Gamal “G” Goodwin: The founders of WarDadli SoulJahs Inc.

The DJ Group says that by assisting the institution, it was their small way to give back to a worthy cause. The Care Project focuses on housing and helping the mentally and physically challenged along with abused and abandoned children. There are presently 19 residents at the home, ranging between 9 to 38 years, with 8 males and 11 females.
